Do You Have These Skills?

We are seeking a Senior Structural Engineer with a minimum of 5 years’ experience, holding either MIStructE or MICE accreditation. Ideally, candidates will have a couple of years’ post-Chartered experience.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record as a lead structural engineer, specialising in building structures design, as well as experience in structural investigation and remedial design. Proficiency in common analysis software such as ROBOT and TEDDS is essential.

We are looking for a natural technical leader who can inspire those around them, while also being an organised and logical thinker who welcomes new ideas and takes pride in their work. Attention to detail, confidence, and articulacy in client and peer interactions are essential qualities.

Candidates should have a genuine desire to achieve the optimal balance between technical excellence and value for money in the eyes of customers. They should also possess strong networking skills and be well respected within their industry sector and among peers.

IT literacy is a must, and knowledge of Revit/BIM would be advantageous. A full driving license is also required. If you meet these qualifications and are ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role, we encourage you to apply!
