Terms & Conditions: Site Access

Michael Aubrey Partnership Ltd (MAP) will process all site access requests as quickly as possible 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Access to sites will only be authorised if it is in accordance with your licence agreement

All operators to supply RAMS documentation and where applicable, valid climbing certificates.

Once a valid application is submitted (included a valid PO number) and site supervision has been agreed (if applicable) a “Permit to Work Certificate” will be issued

This Permit to Work certificate must be taken to site as local evidence of permission to access the site

Once the Permit to Work certificate has been issued, the admin fee is payable.If you require site supervision and cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, then supervision fees will still be chargeable

All contractors attending sites to have photo ID with them at all times. Failure to do this will result in denied access and the access aborted.

They cannot rely on another engineer attending to vouch for them. Charges will still apply in this case.

Although MAP will endeavour to meet all Customers requests, we cannot guarantee site access on demand.Applicants are responsible for gaining the required keys from the Site Owner. 

Instructions will be provided with permits.

  • Planned access More than 5 working days’ notice
  • Emergency access 5 working days’ notice or Less

It will be assumed that the Purchase order provided will be sufficient to cover the works requested.

All information (eg. Purchase orders, climbing certificates etc) to be provided in a timely manner.   The date that full information is received will be used to determine whether the planned or emergency fee scale applies to a given request. 

Changes following permits being issued. Where changes to existing permits are made eg changes to engineers details, an admin fee of £50+VAT will be charged per change. Please note the purchase order will need to be revised to cover this additional charge.

Payment terms are 30 days from date of invoice. Persistent late payments will result in payment being required in advance.
